Steel Cladd Bright Aluminium

Steel Cladd QD Bright Aluminium is a high quality quick drying heat reflecting coating. This product is primarily used to protect Galvanised Iron Roofs, Steel Fencing, Posts and Gates and on other areas where a durable silvery finish is required.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION
New Surfaces: Surface/s must be thoroughly clean, dry and in sound condition before painting.

Iron & Steel: Remove oil/grease using Medal A1 Degreaser and clean surface rust before painting. Apply one coat of Steel Cladd Solvent Etch Red Oxide Primer, followed by two coats of Steel Cladd QD Bright Aluminium.

Galvanised Iron: Clean and remove all oil/grease with Galvanised Iron Cleaner, prior to applying one coat of Steel Cladd Qxide Red Oxide Primer, followed by two coats of Steel Cladd QD Bright Aluminium.

Asbestos/Fibre Cement: Apply one coat of Panache Bonding Liquid, followed by two coats of Steel Cladd QD Bright Aluminium. Previously Painted Surfaces: Thoroughly clean and prepare surface by removing all dirt, grease, grime and flaking paint before painting. Spot prime all bare areas with the appropriate primer before applying two coats of Steel Cladd QD Bright Aluminium.

Note: This product is also suitable for spray application
