Waterproofing is an extremely important consideration. Whether you wish to waterproof a fishpond, your roof screws or even a reservoir- you’ll need to use the best possible waterproof sealant to do so.

However, if your roof is leaking or you are encountering damp patches on your walls you should contact a professional immediately. Leaking can occur during heavy rains and if you spot water dripping down your walls or from your ceiling you should address the problem as soon as possible.
