In order to ensure we have your details should you need to claim on your warranty, just fill in form below or send the product name along with the date of purchase, store you purchased the paint from and your personal details to customerservices@medal.co.za
- The product is guaranteed for a period of 5 years subject to the adherence by the purchaser to comply with the "Instructions for use" appearing on the packaging of each item.
- You may be asked for a proof of purchase and / or the batch number and original packaging.
